• Consent records: where you opt in to communications, we record the date, time, IP address, and the consent language shown.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries and provide estimates; schedule, perform, and follow up on services; send appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, scheduling, and service-related messages (by email, phone, and — where you have opted in — SMS); improve our Site and services; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations.

If you opt in to SMS, we send you estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Mobile Information & Third Parties

No mobile information (including phone numbers collected for SMS) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except subprocessors that operate our messaging on our behalf (e.g., our SMS platform provider) solely to deliver the messages you requested. This exclusion does not apply to other, non-SMS parts of this policy where sharing is described.
