About · Southeast Wisconsin
House painting, done right.
A painting company built on one idea: prep the surface, use the right materials, and put the warranty in writing. Serving Waukesha County and Greater Milwaukee.
The work
Prep is the job.
Most paint failures don’t come from bad materials — they come from skipped prep. We wash, scrape, sand, repair, caulk, and prime before a drop of finish goes on. It is the part nobody photographs and the part that decides whether the finish is still right in seven years.
The standard
One trade, done properly.
Modern Painters LLC paints homes across Waukesha County and Greater Milwaukee.
The same owner also runs Modern Painters in Phoenix, Arizona. Reviews labeled Phoenix, AZ on this site come from that business.
What we do
Inside, outside, and the kitchen.
Exterior repaints timed to the short Wisconsin season, interior work all winter long, cabinet refinishing sprayed to a factory-grade finish, drywall repair before the paint, and epoxy floor coatings for garages and basements.
The promise
Backed in writing.
Every completed project is backed by a written limited workmanship warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the scope in your estimate. We’re bonded and insured, and we’d rather earn the next job than win this one on a promise we can’t keep.
