What we do (and what we don't)
We inspect and document hail, wind, and storm damage so you and your insurer have an accurate, evidence-based picture. We do NOT negotiate or adjust your claim for you, and we never offer to waive, rebate, or absorb your insurance deductible — both are against Wisconsin law (Wis. Stat. § 100.65). Honest documentation and quality work are how we earn your trust, not gimmicks.
You're in control
It's your roof, your claim, and your choice of contractor. We give you the documentation and a clear written estimate; you decide how to proceed. If you sign a contract that's contingent on insurance approval, Wisconsin law gives you the right to cancel within the statutory window — and we'll spell that out in writing.
Emergency response
Active leak after a storm? We can get out for emergency tarping to stop further water damage while the claim and repair are sorted out.
Will you waive my deductible?
No — and you should be cautious of any contractor who offers to. Waiving, rebating, or absorbing an insurance deductible is illegal for residential contractors in Wisconsin (§ 100.65). We do honest work and honest documentation.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
We document the damage thoroughly and work within your insurer's process, but the claim is yours — we're not public adjusters and don't negotiate the claim on your behalf. You stay in control and choose your contractor.
